1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AceInterview. By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AceInterview is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides:

• Multiple-choice interview preparation quizzes across three difficulty levels
• Aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal, and technical question sets
• Field-specific and company-specific interview preparation
• AI-powered mock interview simulations
• ATS-friendly resume building and resume checking tools
• Performance tracking and summary reports

Levels 1 and 2 are available free of charge. Level 3 (Final Round) and AI Mock Interview require a one-time Pro access payment.

3. User Accounts

To use AceInterview, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Being at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings menu. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.

4. Payments & Refunds

Pro access is available as a one-time payment of ₹19 (Indian Rupees), processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing Pro access:

• You unlock Level 3 (Final Round) and AI Mock Interview features permanently
• Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store your payment card or banking details
• Because Pro content is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not provided once access has been granted and the features have been used
• However, if you are charged but Pro features are not unlocked due to a technical error, or the amount is deducted without access being granted, please contact us within 7 days with your Razorpay Payment ID — we will restore access or process a full refund
• Refund requests for any other reason will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws
• If you experience any technical issue with your purchase, please contact us with your payment ID for assistance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AceInterview uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, conduct mock interviews, and build resumes. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The questions and interview simulations are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee that you will encounter the same questions in actual interviews. Always verify important information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AceInterview—including the app design, logo, question generation logic, and user interface—are owned by AceInterview and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Resumes generated using the Resume Builder belong to you, the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

AceInterview is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, progress, or account access
• Any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• The accuracy or completeness of interview questions or resume suggestions

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available in the app with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
